Well, it looks like the FTC took down 3FN. I guess the McColo experience gave them a little more fortitude which is great. It will be interesting to see what happens to spam levels. It looks like these guys were into more of the command & control of the spam business than actually sending the spam. If it’s similar to McColo then we’ll see a temporary drop in spam levels as the black hats regroup.
