"Where can I buy Mailprotector® products?"

Mailprotector is sold both direct and through a global network of authorized resellers. But no matter where you buy, we'd like you to try our products FREE for 30-days. The place to start is right here on our web site. If you have a favorite reseller or IT service provider who you would like to service your account, be sure to include their contact info when you sign up for the demo and we'll contact them about your trial.

"Is there a minimum charge?"

Each of our resellers have their own billing policies, so if you decide to purchase through one of our partners, please check with them for pricing and terms. If you chose to buy direct from us, we do have a $50 monthly account minimum. You can mix and match different products among different users and as long as your total monthly bill is more than the $50 minimum, you're covered. Due to administrative costs, if your total monthly services fee less than the minimum, then you will be billed $50 per month. So if you only have a few users, load 'em up with all of our cool services!

"Is it complicated to switch my email service to Mailprotector®?"

It's not complicated at all! We will provide you with a simple 1-2-3 process that guides you through entering/importing your users, confirming your mail server IP/hostname and redirecting mail to Mailprotector scanners. It's as easy as having your DNS host make one change to your DNS (MX) record and one change to your firewall. The entire process takes less than 10 minutes. Our support concierge will provide you with the exact information needed to get your service up and running.

"Do I have to install or update anything?"

Nope. We do all the work for you. Mailprotector is a managed service. We maintain constant updates on our virus scanning engines and definitions AND constantly monitor spam to keep our testing heuristics at peak performance.

"Where do I find support?"

Our online Knowledge Base is full of useful information that can help manage your account. We have comprehensive startup how-to's as well as host of account management details. Most questions that are typically received in our Tech Support department are answered in the knowledge base.
