The secret behind XtraMail is its connection to Mailprotector CloudFilter, our business-class email filtering service. In addition to protecting your primary email system from unwanted spam and dangerous viruses, CloudFilter makes a copy of every email that’s sent to or from your email server and forwards it to your XtraMail account. Then, if your email server is down, you can login to XtraMail from any device that has internet access, and continue emailing from there until your server is back online. Messages to you are never bounced. No one outside your organization will even know that your email is down. And because 30 days of your email data is backed up, you won’t miss any critical conversations during your downtime.
