Mailprotector Expands Team by Eight, Adding Two Vice Presidents

Mailprotector, a Greenville, SC-based cybersecurity company, announced today that it has promoted three and hired six additional employees. Among these, Mark Glowacz and Greg Aiken have been named Vice Presidents.

Mark Glowacz was promoted to Vice President of Partner Success. In this role, Glowacz will continue to lead the partner success team in providing best-in-class technical and operational support to Mailprotector partners. Mark was previously Mailprotector’s Director of Partner Success.

Greg Aiken was hired as Vice President of Marketing. Aiken will lead marketing initiatives to support both Mailprotector’s internal sales team and its extensive Managed Service Provider partner base. Aiken’s responsibilities will include oversight of content development, events, branding, lead generation, SEO and partner enablement.

Both Glowacz and Aiken sit on Mailprotector’s leadership team.

Kimberly Avinante was hired as an Operational Intelligence Analyst. Avinante will be working cross-departmentally with the entire Mailprotector organization to fulfill data and analytics requests. She will handle reporting and will turn real-time data into insights and actionable analyses that will benefit Mailprotector’s MSP partner base.

Hunter Kuykendall and Clay Young were hired as Partner Engagement Managers. Kuykendall and Young will perform product evaluations and be involved in strategic conversations with potential Mailprotector partners. They will actively help MSPs determine best-fit products for their end user customers.

Morgan McBride was promoted to Senior Partner Identification Manager. She will continue to work with top caliber, high-ceiling managed service providers to position them for success as Mailprotector partners. She will also take on training and leadership responsibilities for the entire Partner Identification team.

Jazmin Montoya was hired as a Senior Accountant. Montoya will be responsible for accounting operations, preparing financial reports, and performing financial analysis. Her day-to-day tasks will include account reconciliations, accounts payable/accounts receivable and processing payroll. 

Matt Snyder was hired as a Partner Growth Manager. Snyder will work with existing Mailprotector partners to provide resources like training product sales and marketing support.

Kurin Quintavalle was promoted to Marketing Manager. Quintavalle will focus on marketing and email automation, event planning, content production and corporate communication.

Mailprotector recently received Series A funding, raising $5 million in growth equity funding from Ballast Point Ventures. Plans for this capital include accelerating product development, growth in sales and marketing efforts, and expanded services to Mailprotector’s strong network of Managed Service Providers (MSPs). As part of the expansion, which occurred in Spring of 2020, Mailprotector is delivering on its plans to add more than 30 positions across all departments at its Greenville, SC headquarters and other locations around the country.
